Your call will be received by our concerned team and a mail will be sent to you about the availability of accommodation. All required details will be mentioned in the mail.
To confirm your booking, please send us an email for our account details and kindly deposit 50% or the total estimated amount into our account and send us a snapshot of the online transfer.
Once the booking has been made please adhere to these rules to make the process hassle free.
- The booking date cannot be postponed if the date of booking is within a week.
- The balance amount has to be paid before the check-out.
- Credit cards, debit cards and cheques are not accepted at The Nest Homestay.
- If cancelled within 10 days of the check-in date 25% of the advance amount will be deducted.
- Above 10 days from the booking date only Rs 500 will be deducted from the advance amount.
- If cancelled within 7 days of check-in, there will be absolutely no refund given.
- Postponement will be at our sole discretion.
- Cancellation after check- in: If the guests check out earlier than the committed date, they are still required to pay for the entire duration.
A minimum of 50% of the estimated amount has to be deposited into our account or you can also transfer the full amount before check-in or by cash before you check-out.
